Electronic Attendance System - Learning Labs & Technical Assistance
Need help using the new Electronic Attendance System?
All licensed providers accepting Working Connections Child Care subsidies are required to track attendance using an electronic attendance system starting on July 1, 2018.
Through the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), providers have the option to use the DCYF Electronic Attendance System or another DCYF-approved attendance system. DCYF’s electronic attendance system is free for providers to use.
- Discover a training in your preferred language, region, & delivery method.Training on the new system is available in multiple languages and delivery methods across the state.
- You can receive Technical Assistance or attend a Learning Lab through School's Out Washington. Find out more information about these supports here.

Most SOWA workshops and webinars are STARS approved. Classes fill quickly and registrations are processed in the order received. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. SOWA reserves the right to cancel any training event two business days prior to the event. In case of cancellation, registrants will be notified and registration fees refunded. If you cannot attend a training event, we will refund your registration fees only if we are contacted at least two business days prior to the event. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
